Educational Qualification:

Name of the Post	Educational Qualification
Engineer (Renewable Energy – Civil)	BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University / Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum in qualifying degree in Fifty Percentage. Experience: Post Qualification experience of at least three years in geotechnical, piling, foundation, structural steel, tower structures, switch yards, etc. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.
Engineer (Renewable Energy – Electrical)	BE/B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University / Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree in Fifty Percentage. Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in switchyard / Electrical testing / transmission system / transformer / Design / Engineering. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.
Engineer (Renewable Energy – Mechanical)	BE/B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University / Institution. At least three years of industry experience following graduation, including involvement in supervision and execution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree in Fifty Percentage. Experience: 3 years or more of post-qualification experience in industrial relations or human resources. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.
Executive (Renewable Energy – Human Resource)	Graduates with at least 2 years full time PG Degree / PG Diploma / PG Program in Management with Specialization in HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or MSW or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University / Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is Fifty Percentage. Experience: Three years of more of post qualification experience in industrial relations or human resources. It will be desirable if candidates have experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and data analytics.
Executive (Renewable Energy – Finance)	Qualified CA / CMA Experience: A Minimum of one year of post qualification experience in finance or accounting, excluding article ship time
Engineer (Renewable Energy – IT)	B.E / B.Tech Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with least Sixty Percentage Marks from a recognized University / Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degrees is Fifty Percentage. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience of Networking, firewall and security, and networking monitoring and troubleshooting
Engineer (Renewable Energy – Contract & Material)	BE / B.Tech in any stream with PG Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain Management / MBA / PGDBM with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University / Institution. Or BE/ B.Tech in any stream with MR / M.Tech in renewable energy domain with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized university / Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is Fifty Percentage. Experience: a minimum of one year of job experience in Renewable energy secotor after graduation.
